Autoheraldry is an original project

This project was created by a team of seasoned travelers . For over 30 years, we've been traveling the untouched trails of Old Europe. Over these years, we've accumulated a unique wealth of knowledge, impressions, and stories.

The project grew out of our passion for unusual places, ancient castles, coats of arms, architecture, poetry, and history. We combined all of this into a single concept —intellectual travel for those seeking deeper meanings and rare places, not just banal tourism.

Autoheraldry is ideal for those seeking meaningful travel experiences and want to discover how coats of arms connect history with the present, and how poems and legends create the special atmosphere of places that at first glance seem unremarkable.

Our passion for alpine skiing opened up Austria and Switzerland for us.
Our love for Goethe's work inspired us to fall in love with Germany's unique culture and to visit a host of attractions away from the usual tourist spots.
Our interest in medieval castles helped us discover France.
